By accessing or using WordCloudGenerator.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

WordCloudGenerator.com provides a web-based tool that converts text input into word cloud visual representations. The Service is available in a free tier (with advertisements and watermarks) and a Premium tier ($5/month) that removes limitations.

To access certain features, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
• Circumvent technical limitations, watermarks, or access controls
• Use automated scripts to generate word clouds at scale without prior written consent
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

All content, branding, code, and design of WordCloudGenerator.com is the property of WordCloudGenerator.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Word clouds you generate using your own text are yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your text solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Premium plan is billed at $5/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Free tier users will see advertisements served by Google Ads and potentially other ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WordCloudGenerator.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
